The Coronavirus, COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. The CDC is reporting COVID-19 is extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, and even possibly by air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. There is no known cure or vaccine for COVID-19. COVID-19 has shown evidence that it can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.

This venue, the artist and concert workers/promoters cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19. Therefore, if you choose to enter onto this premises, you may expose yourself to and/or increase your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: By entering this premises, you hereby FOREVER release and waive your right to bring suit against Bare Bones BBQ, The Bone Yard, and its Owners, Managers, employees or other representatives as well as the Bands/Artists in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to your presence on this property. You understand that this waiver means you give up your right to bring claims including for personal injury, death, disease or property losses, and any other losses, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim you may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
